Physical deficiency – phocomelia – armless and forearmless.

The physical deficiency, being visible, limits the movement capacity of the upper extremities, that’s why it produces some changes in the structure process of the personality and in the relationship with the others, often, being present the symptoms of inferiority, self-consciousness, depressive moods, accentuated tendencies of introversion in feelings and emotions, isolation.

Prosthesis issue:
requires radical and severe actions-surgical prosthesis in order to replace the arm and the forearm-implanting the bone (the operations are very difficult and requires time).
